We organize practical courses of foreign languages ​​that take place in the form of interactive courses, in which the participants learn a foreign language through game and communication.

The use of “MailChimp” sender


The newsletter is sent via “MailChimp”, a newsletters delivery platform managed by the US provider known as Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE # 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.

 

The e-mail addresses of the recipients of our newsletters, as well as their other data described in this information, are stored on MailChimp servers in the USA. MailChimp uses this information
to send and analyze newsletters on our behalf. In addition, according to MailChimp, this data may be used to optimize or improve their own services, e.g. the technical optimization of sending and presenting the newsletter or for economic purposes in order to determine from which country the recipients come from. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletters recipients in order to contact them personally or transmit their information to third parties.


We trust the reliability of MailChimp, in the IT and data security. MailChimp is certified under the US-EU “Privacy Shield” agreement and is thus obliged to comply with EU requirements regarding the data protection. In addition, we have entered into a “Data-Processing-Agreement” agreement with MailChimp. In this agreement, MailChimp undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process the data on our behalf only in accordance with the data privacy regulations and not to transmit them to third parties.
